Residential and Vacation Rental Services:
Kitchen:
* Clean and sanitize counter tops
* Clean and polish kitchen sink
* Polish fixtures
* Wipe down all appliances to remove fingerprints and any foreign matter
* Clean and sanitize microwave
* Clean toaster and remove any crumbs
* Clean and sanitize kitchen table
* Discard any articles that are left in refrigerator and freezer
* Clean refrigerator, freezer and door seals
* Clean stove top
* Remove drawer from under stove and clean under stove
* Clean and degrease stove hood
Living room:
* Polish wood furniture
* Clean glass table tops
* Clean sliding glass doors and windows that are reachable inside
* Clean and vacuum under furniture cushions
Bathrooms:
* Clean and sanitize toilets getting around bases and under seats
* Clean and sanitize all tubs and showers paying close attention to soap scum and mildew
* Clean mirrors taking care to leave streak free
* Clean shower curtains and doors
* Polish all fixtures
Bedroom:
* Clean and polish all furniture
* Check and remove any debris from under beds and in dresser drawers
* Vacuum all Floors
* Clean mirrors and leave streak free
Overall:
* Vacuum all floors
* Mop all tile, vinyl and wood flooring
* Dust all pictures and wall items
* Clean filters in air conditioners ( wall Units)
* Check and replace (if needed) filters in Air conditioner air-handlers ( to be provided by owner)
* Dust all exposed baseboards
* Check and replace (if needed) light bulbs (to be provided by owner)
* Empty and wash all trash cans and replace liners
* Wipe down all ceiling fans
Linen Rentals:
Linen Rentals are done on a weekly basis or at the clients request.
Our service provides bed linens, Bath Towels, washcloths, dish towels and dishcloths & bath mats.
Prices vary according to number of beds and towels needed.
Note:
Some services for Vacation Rentals are offered to Residential but at an additional charge.
